AVP: A Cunning Enemy

[Dragon Knight]

After setting up two facilities on plant LV-4624, a coloney and a research base, all hell broke out. Unknown to the colonists, the research base was studying an Xenomorph hive nearby. After a few months capturing and studying eggs and drones, the queen retaliated, sending hundreds of drones into the base via old underground caves. The soldiers there were overwhelmed and the base was captured, leaving the colony to fend for itself. While marines were being sent to the planet to restore the base or evac survivors, the personnel of the research base were used as hosts for more aliens except one. Yoko Herrina, the lead scientist of facility was cocooned and painfully changed into a drone, transfering everything she knew to the hive. As the colony came under attack from Xenomorphs, the marines arrived and pushed them back, defending the colony. The marines under the orders of Major Roland have the colony defended like a fortress, a group of soldiers want to head to the research base and try to find some survivors. Even though it was a futle effort, they were allowed to take an APC and go to the base. With the soldiers en-route to the base, Predators have arrived to hunt the marines and the aliens.

History: A young mercenary hired by the Weyland-Yutani corperation. He is the Fiancé of Yoko Herrina, which he never told any of his team or his commander and wants to try to find her even though the odds of her being alive are highly doubtful. He is quick thinking, kind and stong willed, he would never leave anyone behind.

History: A tuff hardy younge 22 year old. Sam has been put into Yoko Herrina's recovery team. She dosn't know Yoko nor dose she much care if the mission is a succsess she just truly wants to make it out alive to see her little brother Matt again. But if she is to die she is of pure indifference.

Rank: Very, very highly trained Merc (the sort that can run up a tank barrel and blow the tank to hell with C4 :P)

Equipment: G36CA1 and M67 Frag Grenades. Sometimes carries a WASP (Wide Area Saturation Projectiles...in other words a very powerful rocket-launcher :D) He has Heat-Vision goggles, nanotechnological suit (absorbs most cuts and shots into re-made blood, and heals his wounds) and a motion detector.

History: Is about 25, and has been secretive all his life. He was only assigned to this - what he called "A Botched Operation Mark II" - because hes the one who thought it up. Its rare youll ever see his face, and he speaks through a mask.
