Need a art work made for my book!

Hey this will prove a challange but I would really apriate the help!
im looking for someone to draw a Western white scaled shineing golden eyed dragon in the humaniod style

I need it to be dressed in a exotic opulecent white armor with hints of grey a dragon embelum on the breast plate (two dragons siloueted with their necks across the others neck...I need it in on one knee knelt down with head slightly bowed his claws resting on a large Flamburge claymore with a blue magick like glow to the blade...the armor should be fullbody
with Curriass greave pauldrons boots sheild and gauntelets.....the wings should be free and held relaxed

and one more thing I want a single golden tear going down the dragons cheek

anyone that wants to do a draft PLEASE show me!

if its good enough...ill pay you the comssion for the book I am writeing in regaurds to artwork
