well when pounamu is ready then all you do is buckle the straps under him, thats realy all to do with it *walks into the forest into a clearing and starts making a house for durvia and shadow*

*grabs the other saddle bag and puts it down by the building as well*

im gonna go for a walk. *walks into the forest after closing the visor*

*walks far into the forest and sits down on a log and pops off his helmut*
[*blocks his mind from all* god...something isnt right...it has to do with her but i cant figure it out...] *puts his helmut under his arm and walks off*

angel; (wakes up. starts preparing breakfast for everyone. hopes pounamu will return today.)

danika: (wakes. goes to angel for a cuddle. feels the baby kick.)

danika; mama, what was that?

angel; i'll tell you a secret, my love. we are going to have a new baby
come to live with us.

danika; a sister?

angel; maybe not, maybe a brother.

danika; i want a sister! (squeals with joy, at the thought of a sister.)

*gives jennie a kiss and gose into the forest to find grendor but instead finds phil* morning *nods and keeps on walking*

that lot's mainly bedding, for us & durvia, but there's fresh food for all of us, including a couple of hams, & some cloth, so that angel & jennie can make what they'll need, for the new little ones. be careful with that bedding, lad, there's a hidden barrel of mead;)

(shifts to mikhael)

mikhael (shows priestess where danika's bed is.) it is better for danika to stay away tonight. she is safe in the dragon keep. zethina, astra & blaze will care for her. i will take some food for her. (mikhael slips out, with a bowl of food)

you'll feel a bit better. priestess said you're much improved, since yesterday. remember, she said it will take time.

(priestess carefully uses mikhael's dagger & cuts durvia's tummy open. lifts the child out.)

*walks over to Geldian*

(closes his eyes, & thinks of the best way to tell geldian.)

geldian, i'm sorry lad, the child didn't survive. it was neither human nor dragon, but a mixture of both.... , it was human, with a dragon's tail & hind legs, and one front leg. it was, as humans say, stillborn.

*puts both hands over his eyes and sniffles* this will be hard for durvia and shadow. is she still asleep?

mikhael ( puts his arm around geldian's shoulders.)

*looks at with tears in his eyes* theres nothing i can do to save it?

*sits back and stares at the sky sowerful* [a curse i said...why?]

*covers the child with a sheet still sobing over the loss* [shadow you need to come here, quickly.]

mikhael; (takes the sheet away, gently wraps the baby back up in it's blanket.

*peaks out side as shadow comes into veiw* shadow in here...

mikhael; shadow, lad, i'm sorry, the baby didn't survive.:( do ye want to see?

shadow: *walks in seeing the unmoving baby and falls to his knees sobing*

geldian: there, there boy let it out *patts him on the shoulder*

mikhael; (kneels beside shadow.)

lad, i'm so sorry. a halfling child like this can never survive.

shadow: *storms off punching geldian in the face as he gose*

shadow: *lifts his sward and trusts it into his heart killing him*

mikhael; geldian, i'm sorry lad. the only thing we can do is lay them both to rest, together. either that, or let pounamu do it.

ill do it. *starts digging two graves for them in a near by clearing*

*lays shadow in the frist grave with his arm crossed over his sword and the child in the next grave* ....

pounamu; begins the mourning song, so dragons & humans know a warrior has passed away

*kneals by the graves with his eyes closed* (whispers) rest now little one...

angel ( wakes up. hears the mourning song, stands weakly & goes outside. shifts to sunfyr, even though she shouldn't. answers the mourning song.)

jennie: *gets up slowly and walks out side* [heroic who has died?]

[durvia's child and shadow....] *humms the mourning song along with sunfyr*

pounamu (hears sunfyr answer) angel! oh god, no! (shifts to mikhael & runs, as sunfyr involuntarily shifts back)

jennie: *falls to her knees still weak from the berth, and from the pain of what heroic just told her*

*runs back* jennie what are you doing out of bed!? *picks her up nd puts her back where she was while she sobs*

mikhael (grabs angel, as she falls, life signs weak)

angel! oh god! no! darling, hold on:( heroic! priestess!

heroic: *runs over to help angel with geldian flolowing*

*quickly digs through the pack and pulls out the tubine and hands it to mikhael*

mikhael ( grabs the tube, shoves the needle roughly into his arm, carefully does the same to angel, tenses his muscles & quickly starts blood flow to angel. )

*looks as heroic puts his nose near angels head and his eyes start glowing* [heroic?....]

priestess; heroic has started the circle of light. quick geldian, take mikhael's hand, don't dislodge the tubing. ( takes geldian's hand & angel's. starts the very powerful healing flowing)

*feels the engery pass though him and into mikhael*

*sighs* almost lost you angel you should rest for awhile we all should after the pain today brought

*sits against the tree rubbing his forehead full of sweat* [todays almost as bad as the day of that battle i was in...] *sheds a tear for his fallen comrades and what happened today*

*lays down next to jennie, falling asleep quickly* [*has flash-backs of all the men hes killed on his way here and the looks on their faces*] *sits up in bed panting and sweaty* [now i know what phils going through]

*puts his helm on and rests again*

*starts cleaning and sharpening his sword*

phil. *throws phil a long bundle* its yours. its your rider blade the same color as tharyan, it will never dull, or rust, so welcome to the riders *shakes phils hand*

varry few of these are still around so take good care of it. i almost had to steal it to get it, stubern smith *laughs*

some elfs are like that but most are extreamly friendly just remember that they fight hard, and dont drink mead or beer *looks over at the mead barrles and wipes an eye* going to miss the mead

dont worry about it they could be the newest riders, but that all depends on if the dragonets take a liking to them or not. and cant have a rider sad all the time *smiles*
