Just wondering where everyone got their signature and user name.
Addis is my character in dnd at the moment. he is a fourth level Aurak Draconian(from the Dragonlance books)
My signature just describes a little about my race in combat.
I got the 'Rez' part of my username from my nickname at school, and I got the '3' on the end because my birthday is on the 3rd of January.
My signature comes from the fact we are all lucky to have recieved the gift of life. We could just as easily not been concieved. So that is why I think that if a great privilege and we should not waste it. By not waste it I don't mean invent something or cure all disease (though that would be great), but enjoy it as much as you can and do the best that you can.

How did you get that nickname?
I'm not sure. Someone just randomly called me 'Rez'. (Forgive me for not mentioning my real name, but the nickname's pretty close). People thought it sounded cool, I liked it, so it stuck.

(don't apoligize! it is normal for people to not tell their real names. i only told the two people that i play dnd with)
Do you use it for other things?(example:names in profiles for games)
Yeah, in online games, when I enter my score for the HighScores I use Rez.

ig ot the name Zhuge Liang from a PS2 game called Dynasty Warriors he was a great startegist of the time when he was alive which was in teh three kingdoms era of china

I got my name from the charactor in my story i aint got a real sig realy. on my other forum we have our r dragons in our sigs this one is just incase anyone needs to contact me. shall i put my same dragon from my other forum onto my sig as well?

Well this is my very first ever forum, I didn't know I should use a Dragon alias. But I was so excited to join this forum that I put my name in the user box. The people I know aren't into talking about dragons as much as I am. They mostly roll their eyes when i start talking about dragon. Most of them have preconcieve ideas about dragon which are usually negative. I see Dragons as beautiful, magnificent creatures. Anyways the Dragons that I know are very polite, wise and honerable. They teach me things about themselves and about life, they are very good teachers. I lose track of the day when I'm with them. They give me the confidence to say I don't care if everyone who reads this forum knows who I am or that I love Dragons.
I'll put a signature in when the the Dragons tell me to, or if I can think of one.

Bright eyes well I really dont know were the name come from but I always try to see things on the bright side and I just love life the signitor is just a qout I like about death yes I remmeberd what I just said but the only thing we know of our futer is that we are all going to die.

My user name it how I want myself to be viewed. I am someone to be wary of. I am a stranger to most. Black is the color that I believe devours me every so often.
I am not an ememy unless you wish it so. And if that's the case... then it is truely a shame.
My signiture is my truth. It is how I believe the world should be viewed. No one should be assumed to be an ally or a foe. Trust is abused in days of late.

Very well, here is the semi-brief version.
It all started about 3 years ago when I went to my first computer Lan party. Everyone there had screen names like Substance, Kron and Templar but I did not. Since I had been playing Diablo 2 alot at that time I decided to call myself Lord_Diablo.
About a year later I thought that I needed a change, so after a few days of thinking I came up with AuRoRa, Since an aurora is a omen of mystery it kinda made me think of dragons.
After about 6 months I found that there was a professional player using the screen name AuRoRa, so I decided to start searching for another name, weeks past and I still couldn't decide on a name. One night I went to sleep as usual and imediatly I started dreaming, the Dream was very dark, All I could see was myself and I was surrounded in blackness but strangly enough there were no shadows, Then a large White colored Dragon melded out of the blackness. I can still remember those vertical slit eyes, they chilled and warmed me at the same time. Then he handed me a piece of torn cloth with some kind of hyroglyph like symbols on it, and strangly enough again I could read the symbols they spelled out "NeoN".
I cannot remeber the exact details of the symbols since that part of the dream is quite fuzzy but then the Dragon spoke a word which I think is my real name. He then melded back into the blackness, I tried to follow but the dream ended and I woke up I looked at my clock and I had been sleeping for just under a minute...

i love dnd !! i got a level 9 human fighter thats kick arse with a Katana (it's a flaming one btw) !! and his stats are legendary !!

My strongest character is a lvl 15 human fighter named lance. i was playing second edition at the time so you may or may not understand this. he had a +3 sword and mastered in long swords. he had a thaco of 3!

i've no idea what that means but it sounds gd !! my 9th level guy has weapon specialisation (katana), weapon forcus (katana), improved critical (Katana) and a +17/+12 to hit with a katana that dose 1D10+7 damage and an extra D6 fire damage !! he kicks butt in a fight !!

Third edition....i have to learn that.....thaco is basically the chance to hit. lower is better. Lance can kill your fighter in 3 hits. and i can summon 24 phantoms! you can never win!

well nar !! 25 guys on one 9th level katana wielding fighter seams pritty overkill if u ask me !! but im hopefully getting death touch on the katana blade ( for thoughs big nasty guys that wont seam to die !! ) how many hit pionts dose ur dude have ?? mines got 83 !!

NeoN that discription of your dream seemed to me to be a dragon guide. There are ways of calling him back to get more information.
Is there now, do you know of any of these ways, because I would like to call him back...
I have a Spirit Guide, if that counts in this discussion.

this is a lame story, but i had a friend in 7th grade that had just about the same schedule as me. on day, we had a substitute and they passed around a sheet for every one to sign (you know, the lazy way of taking attendence). the sheet got to us, and my friend said something along the lines of "wouldnt it be funny if someone put bozo the clown." so i put it. a while later i created a yahoo acount under bozotheclown_jf (jf is my name) i hated having to put the lame _jf, so i got a new one under Bozozaclown@yahoo.com and i have used it ever since.
the sig comes from the song "simply complicated" by jimmy buffett (yes, i am a parrot head)

1) i dont know when were continuing it and 2) you used all your wishes we really need to decide when were going to continue it if we start a new 1 you will have to make a new character find Draco again and youll get less and more restricted wishes this time round i really should have restricted you i went to town giving you them

I get them from things I read. The one I have at the moment I got from a University flyer. I'm thinking of changing it soon. I just haven't found the right quote. The first one I had was actually something that my fave character from a novel said.:o

I've got this sig from a dream.
Things (i can't remember what) where trying to kill me.
But no matter what they do, i wasn't falling on the floor, only the pain was strong.
When i was awake, i've saw that it was my neckless, i forgot to put it out.
The scharpest pice was carving my neck.

I envy you!!! Truely I do. My dreams are far to freaky to use as a quote. The one I have now is off a bookmark I own. It's pretty much what I need to read every day so I don't get stressed, so I put it on here cause I'm on here nearly every day :)
