A war,A love.

My name is Jade, thats it its jus Jade i am daughter of the Dragon king Emathra the 2nd. My father had led many wars and this year he is calling a new one against
the Dark dragon and his evil clan. I'v never seen the Dark dragon and i don't plan to he seemed much to evil. My father anyway would never allow me to see such discgrace. Who would want to see such a fraud? a fool? I sure wouldn't. My father taught me plenty of things about the evil Dark Dragon. I'v learned enough,enough to not want to even catch a glance at the fool.


My father stormed into my awfully large section of the cave.I was at work on filing my claws.

"Jade! The Dark Dragon is on his way! Get up!" Father shouted intensly. I jumped up from the indented ground wich i slept on. My father lead me to our "Secret room". I watched him leave and smiled to myself. "Daddy,Daddy Daddy...your soo overprotective." I mummbled as i walked around the small area and setled down by a small crack in wich i could see out of. In that instant i saw horribly Dark, Darkness covering the land but as i glanced around outside i caught a glimpse of te most Handsomest creature ever..................................

Oh there is more!

Black....he was black...it ment he was evil. Greeeeat. I stopped plodding around the crack and sat down carefully over by the opposite wall. "great,the cutest thing in the world is evil." I thought. I dared to look back out the crack. He was standing in an " Im about to kick your butt so ha ha!" position. He had yellow eyes and he was all black. His recruits ranged from black,purple to brown. I couldn't help but stare.


In a couple of hours my father stormed in.

"Can...Can i join you guys in this war dad?" I asked boldly.

"Of course not! I-I don't see why you would want to!" He replied. I fell silent. My father then leictured me on " NEVER TO GO INTO WARS." Or so he calls it. After he left i devised a plan....it was a very unusual plan. And i knew just how to do it. I watched closly out of the crack studing the Dark Dragons every move. To my dismay my father flew outside with an army of his own. "Let the best dragon win." My father said proudly. "I plan to." The dark Dragon retorted. I groaned.

"My plans never going to work now." I said my plan was to sneak into the Dark Dragon side but it all would fail now. Then i thought of a new plan......................................

I watched as they all charged for each other. One after another already dead. it apeared to me that we were losing. I sighed and backed away from the wall.what a horrible day to find out about him." I thought. I knew the battle would rage on for ages. "Tonight i'll put my plan to work." I thought, I walked back over to the crack where i now saw my Father and the Dark Dragon go head to head. They slashed, kicked, wipped and bit each other. Next thing you know there are flames everywhere! I gazed in amazment. Iv never seen a war so...so EXCITING! It made me want to jump up and fight also but if i knew my dad (wich i do) He possibly has an army gaurding the entrance.


I decided i would run away...but how to without being seen? I pondered a momment then i had it. I started scraping at the crack in wich i used to look out of. In an instant it was just big enough for me to squeese through. I took a flying leap out of it and landed with a loud thud on the ground. Dark Dragon seemed to glance my way. "Isnt......that....your...daughter?" He struggled to say while trying to push my father away from him. My father jumped up and started flying twords me. As he got closer i saw the furry in his eyes."Oh boy im in trouble." I said as i to started flying.

"GET BACK HERE JADE!" My father thudered. I ignored him and flew on. My father stopped his flying twords me and hovvered in mid air. "FINE IF YOU WISH TO DIE THEN DIE!" he shouted after me. I just flew on. The sky was always Dark now so i guess it was always night. Something moved in the shadows. I paused bu then flew twords it. I finaly relized it was the Dark Dragon he was watching me fly twords him.

"Why would you be foolish enough to leave your kingdome and come into my lands?" He asked. He had a look in his eyes signaling he was ready for any attack.

"Relax, ok? I came alone." I said and when i did he eased up a bit but then tensed up again.

"Why would you consider leaving royalty for....for this land?" He asked with a spark of confusion in his voice.

"Um. My reasons thats why." I said turning my back to him.


DARK DRAGON :

When she turned her back to me i motioned for one of my recruits to make sure she had not been fallowed. I still thought she was a fool. a fool for leaving royalty and coming here. I knew when i saw her flying AWAY from the palace of her father that she in fact was beautiful...but foolish. "Shes..beautiful but..No NO. Dark dragon knock some sence into yourself!" I shouted in my mind i had never been in love before and NEVER WILL.


JADE:

I looked back over at him. He seemed to be in deep thoughts.......................................... ..............................

"Well, I hate living down there in the royal caves. Its so boring my father ALWAYS had me cooped up!" I said. Dark Dragon walked a littil closer to me as if he were saying " OK I guess i comfotable and all of that." We stayed silent, while watching each other after about 20 seconds he turned away.

It was making me feel strange, The way she was looking at me....I felt...diffirent.I had turned away because the feeling,the emotion in her face was strange. I had not exspected her to...to give me that certain look. I don't like to name the L-word or so i call it.

JADE:

He was still not facing me. I wondered why and boldly steped to his front side.

"Um, Hello earth to Dark Dragon." I said. Startled, Dark Dragon jumped backwards and tripped. I giggled.

"Hey, Whats so funny?!" He said, He wasn't mad i could tell.

"You!" I said still laughing.

"Me? What did i do? I tripped." He said not yelling this time.

"I- I was cut off instantly with a "GET AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER YOU FEIND!"
It was my father. He had found me. I jumped up in front of Dark Dragon.

"Dad, NO!" I screamed as loud as i could. My father halted.

"What are you doing Jade?!" He asked.

"Im defending him!" I shouted in my fathers face. I could hear Dark Dragon shuffling slowly away. My father drew nearer to us.

"I DON'T SEE WHY YOU WOULD DO THIS?! AFTER ALL THE YEARS OF WARNING YOU ABOUT HIM. My father shouted so loud that it echoed in my ears for many seconds.

"HEY! It isn't her fault!" Dark Dragon finally stepped up. I turned around to see his army ready for attack.

"HOW COULKD IT NOT BE HER FAULT?! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO HER?!" My father shouted again. Dark Dragon let out a roar and dove for my father...he missed and turned around practicaly in midair. My father let out an even louder roar and planted a deep scratch on the Dark Dragons chest. Dark Dragon let out a roar of pain and fell backwards.

"Not a very good fighter are you?!"My father laughed angrily. Dark Dragon tried to say something back but my father just slashed his throat. "NO!" I shouted but to late Dark Dragon was on the ground unmoving.

"Dad you killed him!" I said running over to where Dark dragon lay.

"And it was the right thing to do!" My father said."Now come home!" I turned around and cried becuase what i was about to do was going to hurt me on thje inside.

"K-KILL H-H-HIM!" I cried motioning twords my father. The other dragons dove for my father, some chose not to listen while others wanted reaveng for their master. I cried and only glanced back at my father who was losing the battle.

"Jade! Call them off! Your my daughter i raised you! Please!" My father cried tears streaming down his face. I cried and fell to the ground as my father's my veryfather's flesh was torn from his body. He cried out in agony and pain.

"JADE!" He struggled to shout in pain. some parts of him were redused to bone. My father's tears fell as did mine and just before his death he said "Jade, I love you as my daughter..i-if y-you ever g-get back t-tell your mother i-i love her."
I cried out as the last of my father was being eatin away by Dark Dragons warriors.

"Ow. my neck." I heard a voice grummble in tears i turned to see Dark Dragon trying to get up......

I glanced at the remains of my father on the ground wich, was only a bit of dust.

"Whoa. I feel...wierd." Dark Dragon said. I turned around and threw my arms around him crying. Startled,Dark Dragon almost fell backwards But when he caught his balance, he carefuly put his arms around me.

"Whats wrong?" He asked still a littil startled.

"I-I killed him!" I managed to say. Dark Dragon patted me on the back.

"Its ok...realy." He said. He didn't seem to care for my father so he wasn't sad much. I looked into the distance and saw dragons from the palace heading our way.

"HOLY!" Dark Dragon shouted as a rainbow arow shot after us. Dark Dragon ducked and pulled me down with him. One red dragon named Azrack landed about 60ft away from us.

"Who killed our king?" Azrack asked with a glare in his eyes. Dark Dragon was about to take the blame but i stopped him.

"I-It was me." I answered looking down.

"YOU?! traitor. TRAITOR! DID YOU NOT LEARN FROM YOUR FATHERS TEACHING?!" Azrack shouted. I started to cry."Why did you do it Jade? why would you?"

"I...I love him." I said patheticly while pointing at Dark Dragon.

"You? Out of all people? You know the conciquence for killing the king do you not?" Azrack answered sadly.

"I.....Know." I said.

"Lethro! Exicute her. Kill him as well." Azrack ordered Lethro. Lethro sadly walked over and sharpened his claws.

"Why princess Jade? Why?" A female dragon named Shira cried. I drooped my head in shame. Shira sat down.

"Princess you have 2 hours to live." Azrack said turning away from me. Dark Dragon had this look of hatred in his eyes but at the same time, sorrow. Dark Dragon turned away. I started crying a littil more.

"Is there a possible way to let her live..if i sacrificed my life?" Dark Dragn asked. Everyone looked like they were about to laugh but thn again cry.

"Sacrifice your life for hers? The traitors?" Azrack scoffed.

"Hey! I once was a traitor as well! My father sacrificed his life for mine!" Dark Dragon looked as if he were about to cry himself. I took his hand in mine. "Don't. Please don't." I said. Azrack had tears about his face.

"I guess. Lethro kill him and throw Jade in prison. No don't throw her just lead her there." Azrack said.

"Prepare to die evil one." Lethro said to Dark Dragon............................................ ...........

"Azrack i deny you kill him! Im princess!" I shouted in Azracks face. He just chuckled.

"You should be honored. Hes sacrificing his own life for yours." Lethro said.

"And your lucky i don't kill you as well." Azrack added. I turned away from the two. Could i? No. Should i? well.... i pondered in my mind. I turned around to see The Dark Dragon being strangled by Azrack and Lethro. I didn't know what to do but watch. Dark Dragon tried to free himself but no luck whatsoever.


DARK DRAGON:

Death was near. I was going to die. The one nammed Azrack clung to my neck, making sure i couldn't breath. Jade was crying as she watched me suffer. I saw everything going black. Almost as black as me. As death grew nearer i let out the words that i never thought i would ever say to a female of such grateness "I love you Jade."

JADE:

Those last words...They, They made me cry harder. Azrack had no pitty for me.

"Your a fool Jade. We are leaving you here in the Dark lands. From now on you are a disgrace, an exile, A Heretic," Azrak said and with a flap of wings he and the other dragons from the palace flew off leaving me with Dark Dragons unalive body.

"Why? Why this Dragon? Why not fall in love with a non trouble maker? Why Jade why?" I asked myself over and over outloud. I finally got tired and curled up over by Dark Dragons unvacant body, I fell asleep.


I know i know its short but i didn't have enough time.

I woke up the next morning. I looked to my left and saw Dark dragons dead body laying there. I cried out a sad roar. I then flew into the air and decided to leave him. I cried out once more as i headed further into the darklands. Shadow dragons growled and roared in agony for there Master. I felt like doing the same but i just continude flying. One shadow dragon shouted up to me, i stopped and landed.

"Are you the former princess of the lands of light?" It queistioned me. I nodded.

"Yes, and im willing to take blame for your masters death." I answered.

"No, you shouldn't......love can do strange things." It answered. I was suprised.

"But? How did you know?" I asked.

"I know many things young one, By the way my name is Takara what is yours?" Takara asked.

"I am Jade." I answered. Takara nodded.

"Then fallow me.." Takara said motioning me to fallow her.

Takara and me walked through a very dark part of the darklands, I mean...it was diffrent. Takara kept quite as we walked along a steep and dark cliff.

"What are we doing?" I asked. Takara spun around.

"HUSH!" She shouted and walked on. I gulped and fallowed. After a while we came to a strange area. It was a large feild shrouded in darkness..except for one spot with a tiny bit of light shining through, and a tiny stone altar in the middil of the light.

"This is the holy altar. My master came here to work magic." Takara said circling the altar.
"I am a dragon mage."

"Realy?" I asked. She was wise and elderly but, something seemed strange about her.

"Yes. I helped master cast spells." She said laughing a bit. "When he was a younger dragon, or still a hatchling he caused plenty of mischif! You shouldv seen him....he was so young back then."

"I remember when i was a hatchling, I was locked in my room." I said laughing. Takara laughed to.

"One time, master turned himself into a frog...silly littil thing he was." Takara said smiling as she poured some strange powder onto the altar.

"What is that?" I asked. Takara continude pouring the powder on.

"Its a couple of special ****es." Takara answered.

"Oh my mother use-

BANG!!!!!!!!!
