Quent: Oh...Well I was born with rich blood my mother Lady Sora and my fater is a mage Sir Galada. I was trained in magic by my father. Simpole spells of course because I am only half blood. But my talents grow more and more. Then I was almost masters so I also learned some swordsmenship on the side. after my father passed I was chosen for the King's mages at age 7. Then at 10 Markos was given to me as my dragon.

"hmm quite a hildhood then"

Quent: Yes I am pritty lucky I sappose

[loc_zsu]

"mayb mayb not. depends on your point of view"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *gives a puzzled look*

[loc_zsu]

"In some respects you lucky because you achieved what no other 14 year old has but in others you arent because you never got to experience a proper childhood"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: Of course I did I didnt study all the time at frist I hated magic

[loc_zsu]

"sigh you fail to understand the point but its not important"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *scowls taking it as an insalt*

[loc_zsu]

"hey i wasnt being nasty about it. look all i was saying is that you didnt get the whole...i dont know what."

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: I guess....*looks away*

[loc_zsu]

"im sorry"
His shoulders sagged under the water.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *shugges* It dosnt matter

"it does to you"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: No it dosnt

[loc_zsu]

"yes it does other wise it wouldnt have affected you as it did"

Quent: *scowls* Shut up what do you know? *slaps the water in fustration*

He goes to say something but decides not to and smiply climbs out of the water and puts his jacket baxk on with out drying himself and walks off.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *falls silent*....*scowls and gets out of the water puts on her robes and dissapers*

He walks along through some trees and into a clearing where he lets of a large blast of fire to dry himself and his clothes.

Gwen wakes up when she hears Cahgun grumble in her mind.
What's wrong? she asks, stretching and rubbing out her eyes.
This place is invested with vermin, Cahgun complains, There are humans everywhere!
Well that's what you get when you're in the human world, Gwen says, chuckling as she gets out of the bed and gets dressed.
Yes, but it's not even day yet! Cahgun says, then continues on a more softer tone, Would you.. join me.. Knight? You presence I can actually endure.
Knowing how he means that, Gwen gives her consent, strapping on her weaponbelt and cloak and exitting the Inn. She breathes in the cool night air, feeling right at home. She then leaves the town, starting to go to where she knows Cahgun is.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *awakens and quickly heads down stairs skipping breakfest*

He watches the town stir from on top of the hill and decides it is time to return.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *heads outside and sees that Markos and Erif are still asleep*

[loc_zsu]

Ka-Jak walked down the hill and into the inn to get himself some food.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *kneels next to Markos and pats his soft nose*

[loc_zsu]

Erif wakes up at senceing Quent and smiles at her.
Ka-Jak sat down at a table after getting some food.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *smiles at her and touches her nose*

[loc_zsu]

Erif rubs her head against Quents hand.
"Did you sleep well Quent?"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *nods* That I did

Markos: *yawns and opens his eyes*

[loc_zsu]

Erif stood up and stretched out.
"That is good to hear"

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: *licks Quent's cheek* morning my lady

Quent: Morning *rubs her cheek*

[loc_zsu]

Erif smiled before leaping into the air to go in search of food.

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: *watches her fly off* Ill have some tea my lady

Quent: I aswell

[loc_zsu]

Erif lands in a nearby field and picks up a cow to eat.
Ka-Jak sat in the inn eating his breakfast before getting up to go out for a run.

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: Everyone seems to be in a rush

Quent: Work is to be done soon *gives him a plastc bucket fulled with hot tea leaving the small normal human sized cup for herself*

Ka-Jak ran along an old road that went outside of the small town and nto a nearby forest.

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: *sips his tea and sighs* good tea

Quent: *nods*

[loc_zsu]

Ka-Jak came out in a clearing and stoppped running. He removed his coat and shirt and started to practice unarmed combat.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *finishes her tea and heads off into the feilds*

Markos: *sits alone drinking his tea*

[loc_zsu]

Ka-Jak practiced the sweeping movements and flowed from one move to the next.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *takes off her clock and unshths the silver handled sword with an amathist stone in it*

[loc_zsu]

He closed his eyes as he continued sweeping around.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *slashes at the air twisting her body dodging an unseen foe*

[loc_zsu]

He finished his unarmed practice and drew his sword.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: mixes magical hand sighns with sword attacks*

[loc_zsu]

He keeps his eyes closed as he practices using his sword.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *finishes and stops halfway though an attack and holds the postion*

[loc_zsu]

The sword swings around as if it were part of him.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *lighting fast finishes the attack and sheths her sword all in one move*

[loc_zsu]

He continues to swing hs sword round slowley and calmly.

Quent: *bows to the unseen foe and walks back to Markos*

Gwen has been sitting with Cahgun for a little bit now, talking about everything and nothing.
That fireknight of yours is nearby, Cahgun says, I can feel the energy of his being rippling through the forest.
"So you're tuning into the energy-network again, are you?" Gwen asks, chuckling. Cahgun only does that when she's near, she knows he doesn't do it for himself usually.
A dragon has less need to watch out then a human, however wonderful that human is, Cahgun replies, turning his head and placing it on his lap. Gwen scratches behind his eye-ridges smiling down at him.
"I could always portal myself out of here if need be," she says.
Could, but wouldn't. You're too stubborn to do that as long as I'm here, Cahgun says.

Ka-Jak swings his sword up behind his head and brings it crashing back down again causing it to collide against the ground with a loud bang. He lifted the sword up again and sheathed it.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *breaths in feeling the cool air in her lungs woke her up all the way*

he turned and started to walk bcak towards the inn.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *sits herself on Markos's back*

[loc_zsu]

He walks past quent and Markos not notcing either of them and walked past the inn as well.

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: Whats his problem?

Quent: *disnt answer*

[loc_zsu]

Ka-Jak walked behind the inn and carried on. He drew his sword as he got closer to a building.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *slides off Markos and fallows him*

[loc_zsu]

He stops outside the door to the building and raises up an arm and blows the door down. He walks in and stops holding his sword at his side.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *fallows just behind wondering what thew hell he is doing*

[loc_zsu]

He listens carefully in the dark house. He suddenly raises up his arm again and lights up the whole building revealing hundreds of demons all over the walls and cieling. The light fades just as he lifts up his sword and starts to swing.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *gasps and unsheths her sword*

[loc_zsu]

As he is swinging he charges up his sword with the essence of fire and slashes at the demons some more. Thier corpses start to fly out of the building

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *fights also blasting demons out with energy balls*

[loc_zsu]

"you dont have to help me you know"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *she scowls why is it when she wants to fight she cant because "I dont need any help"* You never do! *slices the skull of an attacking demon in half*

[loc_zsu]

"look just get down if your not going to leave!"

[Bright Eyes]

Your such a glory hog! *slices at anouth demon*

[loc_zsu]

"JUST GET DOWN"

[Bright Eyes]

*ducks down anyways just to make him shut up*

[loc_zsu]

"FINALLY"
He starts to glow red and lets out a large blast of energy that destroys the entire house.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *coughs* Like I said "glory hog" *she was making him mad on perpose*

[loc_zsu]

he sheathes his sword and walks out as if nothing had happened. He did not bother to help Quent up.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *curses under her breath and fallows him out*

[loc_zsu]

He walked along the side of the inn and stoped. He looked up at the sky and closed his eyes.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *catches up with him* If your mad that I snapped at you Im sorry just dont ignore me like this

[loc_zsu]

He lets his head driop down and turns to look at her.
"why would i be ignoring you young wizard?"

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: Sure feels like you are

[loc_zsu]

"If you say so young wizard"
He continues to walk on.

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: And since when so you call me "young wizered"? You make me feel all inportent and crap.

[loc_zsu]

"that is your title. that is as it should be"
Erif walks up to markos and sits down.
"Whats wrong with them? was something said that shouldnt have been?"

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: I think so *is a bit worried*

Quint: Ka-Jak my name is Quint call me that you dont have to call me by my title your my friend

He doesnt reply and carries on walking.
"do you know what it was?" erif asked as she watched Ka-Jak walk past her.

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: Perhaps you should ask for I have no idia

Quint: *mummres* Well I thought you were my friend *heads into the inn*

Erif sees the loko on Quents face.
"I think i may."
She gets up and walks after Ka-Jak.

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: *stays by the innhe always was to be by Quints side when she couldnt be alone and this was one of thoughs times*

"KA-JAK" erif roared sending him flying. "WHAT THE DEVIL HAVE YOU DONE!!"
Ka-Jak got up of the floor and looked at Erif.
"I...I angered Quent with something i said and you know how i feel about doing that to my friends."
Erif seemed to soften at hearing the words and understood completley why he was acting the way he was towards Quent.
"That doesnt mean she doesnt want to be your friend anymore Ka-Jak" the image of how Quent had looked returned to her memory.

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: *was very worried half for Quint but mostly for himself and Erif's relationship. Had he gone mad?*

"I..Im sorry. I didnt mean to make her angry and you know what has happened the last times i have done it." He looked at the ground and a small tear dropped down.
"Yes but she still wants to be your friend. Besides you should nt be telling me this. you should be telling Quent." Erif took off and flew back to Markos.

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: *he was contemplating his foolishness*

Ka-Jak stood there thikning about what Eri had just said to him and wondered if she was right. if this time it was different.
Erif looked at Markos and rubbed her head against his.

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: *smiles knowing things wound be ok*

[loc_zsu]

Ka-Jak rubbed his eyes before walking back towards the inn. He walked past Erif and Markos trying not to make eye contact with either of them and walke dinto the inn.
"Quent are you in here?"

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: *is at a table looking out the window she wasnt crying she was just to proud to cry*

"Quint?"
He walked up to the table and stood there.
"Quint im sorryy"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *sniffles* your forgiven...

[loc_zsu]

"do you mind if i sit down?"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *shruggs looking at him*

[loc_zsu]

He sits down any way with his hands resting on the table. His head is hanging there as his eyes look at his hands.
"I really am sorry for the way i acted earlier"

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: *nods alittle* thanx...

[loc_zsu]

He stays sitting there silent for a while wondering what to say. He wondered if he should explain why as well.

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: *just looks at him sizing him up*

[loc_zsu]

His head is still hanging there as the thoughts continue to race through his head. He couldnt think of a good way to start off

Quint: *looks away from him seeing he wont say anything more*

[loc_zsu]

He decides he should open up to some one and lokos up at Quent.
"you should know wyh i acted like that. its only fair"

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: *looks back at him* Im lisoning

[loc_zsu]

He lokoed her in the eyes as he started to speak.
"i..have lost a lot of friends by talking the way i was to you the other night. Unfortunatly my past experiances dont leave me that easily. so i was treating you like that because..because i did not think you wanted me as a friend anymore"

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: I got mad thats all dont mean I didnt wanna still be your friend. It was a stuped fight and I felt akward...

[loc_zsu]

"im the one who should be saying sorry. i put you in that position."

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: *says nothing knowing he was right*

[loc_zsu]

"so...are we friends?"

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: Of course *she smiles*

[loc_zsu]

He smiles back at her.
"im glad about that. and i am sorry about pushing you about your past."

[Bright Eyes]

Quint: *smiles* Its okey

[loc_zsu]

He stood up and stretched his arms.
"do you want a drink or anything?"

[Bright Eyes]

Markos: *walks in*

Quent: tea?

Markos: Oh Tea?

[loc_zsu]

He smiles and nods.
"Tea it is then. ill be right back"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *nods*

Markos: *licks her cheek*

He walks down the stairs and into the kitchen area before fixing up some tea.

Quent: *pats Markos's nose*

He walked back up the stairs and brought in the tea.
"Here we go"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent/Markos: thank you

[loc_zsu]

He smiled and done a moc bow.
"No problem"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *giggles and talks a sip of her tea*

Marcos: *takes the tiny cup and laps up the tea*

[loc_zsu]

He sat down oposite her and picked up his cup as well before taking a sip of it.

[Bright Eyes]

Marcos: *finishes*

Quent: *sighs* What now?

[loc_zsu]

"Now?" he said lokoing up at her
"now i think we should head off. We have been here long enough i think"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: *nods* sounds good

Marcos: *nods*

[loc_zsu]

He smiled and stood up. e stretched his arms and walked over to another table where he had left his swords. He picked them up and but the sheath round his back. He walked over to a window and whistled out to Erif. She flew in down and hovered in front off the window.
"we are leaving my Dragon" he said to her. she let out a loud roar and shot off into the sky.

[Bright Eyes]

Marcos: *smiles hearing her roar*

Quent: *smerks*

*they walk out of the inn*

He walked outside behind Quent and Marcos and looked up at the sky.
"hmm good weather for once. Excelent"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent: It is...*she takes a breath of the warm air and jumps onto Marcos* Shall we be off then?

[loc_zsu]

He noded and whistled for Erif to come down. She shot down and landed next to him with ease and grace. Ka-Jak climbed on to her back and patted her.
"Lets go then"
Erif flapped her wings and jumped into the air soaring high above the ground and waited.

[Bright Eyes]

Marcos: *gives a great trust upward a opens his wings then is air born*

Quent: Lets go!

[loc_zsu]

Ka-Jak smiled and saluted to them.
"Onwards and upwards it is then!" He patted Erif on the side and she let out a lage roar before flying forwards.

[Bright Eyes]

Marcos: *fallows her wings betting hard because of the cool air*

Quient: No heat waves its going to be a bumpy ride

Erif slowed dwon and a bit and soared along next to them both. Ka-Jak smiled as he layed on erifs back looking at the sun.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent looks away feeling her face blush. Marcos drifts smoothly even with the cool air*

Erif let herself drop causing Ka-Jak to sit up suddenly.
"what the?"
She flew under neath Marcos and then rised up the other side of him.

[Bright Eyes]

Marcos looks at Erif then smiles. Quent's face is still alittle red but she quickly looks away agen*

Erif smiled back and flew in so that she could rub her face against Marcos'. Ka-jak held on tight as they flew in close.

[Bright Eyes]

Marcos rubs on her side and flys on. Quint holds on tight to the stong neck.

[loc_zsu]

Ka-Jak steaded himself before smiling.
"oh curse you and your feelings Erif. Your going to get me killed someday"

[Bright Eyes]

"Same with me Marcos" Quent laughs. Marcos smiles misjiviously.

[loc_zsu]

Erif let out a small roar of laughter. Ka-Jak patted her on the side before he layed down again.
"all i ask is a little warning next time"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent puts her hands up in the air. "Fly into the sun set Marcos!"

[loc_zsu]

Ka-jak smiled as Quent words reached him. He closed his eyes and soaked up the suns rays.

Marcos betts his wings hard

Ka-Jak opened his eyes again and looked into the distnce. They had been flying for a while now and the sun was setting behind them. Erif turrned her head to look at Ka-Jak.
"I can see a castle"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent and Marcos are silent. Marcos flying smoothy but fast as Quent slept.

"very good then that is where we shall land. Tell Marcos"
Erif nodded and told Marcos about the castle.

[Bright Eyes]

Marcos nods and tilts his wings without sifting the musiles Quent lyes on.

[loc_zsu]

Erif swoops in and lands outside the castle walls. Ka-Jak jumps off and whispers into Erifs ear. Erif nods and flys off into the distance whilst Ka-Jak waits for Marcos to land.

[Bright Eyes]

By know Quent is awake as marcos lands next to Erif. Quent sides down his side.

Ka-Jak walks up to Quent and moptions for her to stay silent.
"We need to sneak into the castle" he whispered to her.

[Bright Eyes]

Quent smiles and whispers a spell suddenly they are both invisible. "no one cae hear us or see us we are pritty much ghosts"

[loc_zsu]

"well then this will be very handy. Lets go. And dont touch anyting"
He walked over to an open door and went inside.

[Bright Eyes]

"You can pass through wall like I said we are like ghosts" she said siding through the wall.

[loc_zsu]

"Yes well. iv seen some bad things happen when people pass through walls. Not my most favourite thing to do"

[Bright Eyes]

Her head pocks through the wall and sighs "If you say so"

[loc_zsu]

He smiled and walked up behind a sleeping guard. He lifted up a nearby chair and swung it down on the guards head.

[Bright Eyes]

"Was that nessisary?" she says giggling alittle.

[loc_zsu]

He smiled and shruged.
"Sorry couldnt resist"

[Bright Eyes]

Feels a shiver up her spin and a flush of her cheeks. "Lets keep going"

[loc_zsu]

He smiled a bit more before he straightened himself up and looked around.
"ok then. follow me"

[Bright Eyes]

Quent nods looking about trying to get the reddess in her cheeks to go away.

[loc_zsu]

Ka-Jak smiled a little before walking through a door into a large room.

[Bright Eyes]

"What are we looken for anyways?"

[loc_zsu]

"A man. He should have some information that i need regarding a mission im on"
He walked down a corridor looking at the various tapestrys on the walls.

[Bright Eyes]

Looks around as maids walk by. "You sure he'll be here?"

[loc_zsu]

"i hope sop coz if not then i dont know where he will be" Ka-Jak walked into a large room that was beautifully decorated.
"no matter how many times i see this it always takes my breath away"

[Bright Eyes]

"Wow...." looks around in awe "this is amazing!"

[loc_zsu]

Ka-Jak smiled as he walked across the great hall.
"I know isnt it?"

[Bright Eyes]

"Its beautiful" she smiles.

[loc_zsu]

"come on. dont get to distracted"

[Bright Eyes]

"Ill try not to be"

[loc_zsu]

He smiled as they made it to the otherside.
"through here"

[Bright Eyes]

She nods fallowing him "anything youll need help with?"

[loc_zsu]

"For now no. but soon...maybe"

[Bright Eyes]

"I feel sooo useful" she says rather sarcasticly

[loc_zsu]

he laughed outy loud before trning to her.
"Do not worry we are here now little knight"
He pointed to a door.

[Bright Eyes]

Smiles stopping herself from cerecting him that she is not a knight but a mage.

"Come on then"
Ka-Jak walked through the door and into another smaller room.
